Victor is a ministry elder at Trinity Fellowship North Amarillo campus. He and his wife Machelle have been members of Trinity Fellowship since 1979, and currently serve in the Marriage & Family Ministry where they lead a marriage life group. Victor is passionate about people knowing God intimately and what He has done for them through the work of Jesus.

Victor and Machelle have four children and five grandchildren. In his free time, Victor enjoys playing basketball, gardening, rebuilding small engines, and thinking about God.
