Brandon has previously served as a Youth Pastor, Missions Pastor, and Worship Leader with his previous church. As the Associate Pastor of Pastoral Care for the Decatur campus, he acts as Service Leader and is a member of the Concierge Team.

Married to his wife, Kristin since 1997, they have twin sons, Trent and Dean, and a daughter, Kelley. In his spare time Brandon enjoys hunting, fishing, and watching his kids play basketball.
