Kathy is committed to a life of relationship with God, focusing on prayer. Her favorite places to pray are in front of her fireplace or in the jacuzzi.

Kathy is fascinated by the intricacies of God's creation because it's so unfathomable (think: migrating butterflies). She is also amazed by God's plan and His practical carrying out of redemption, first with Jesus and then in everyday ways with the issues of life.

With husband, John, she shares five children and seven grandchildren.
