Joab has a passion for creating community within the church and helping people get connected. Since joining the staff in 2012, his focus has been on discipling leaders -- identifying their giftings, loving and teaching them, and getting them mobilized into ministry.

As former CEO of Perdue Acoustics, Joab brings a keen business sense into his pastoral role. He also loves the outdoors and any activity that's centered around adventure. In his spare time, you might find him boating, wake-boarding, hunting, hiking, or fishing. He admits that he has slowed the pace a little since he and wife, Melissa, expanded their family with the addition of their son, Joel and daughter, Jovie.
