Prior to becoming the Wellington Campus Pastor, Jermaine served as the Associate Pastor of Generations. He co-leds the student ministry and The Exchange, with his wife Ashly, serving the 6th-12th grade students from Wellington Junior High and High School. He also serves as an elder at the Wellington campus. Jermaine’s day job is the high school principal, so his passion is to see students graduate high school and know God deeply and passionately.

His favorite things to do include spending time with his wife and kids and watching Skyrocket football and basketball.

Jermaine has been married to his wife Ashly since 2006. They have four children, Noah, Jax, Collier and Callahan.
